SHIPPING RESTRICTION

Any items notified by our courier companies to be restricted and/or banned and/or prohibited from time to time(including but not limited to animals, bullion, currency, bearer from negotiable instruments, precious metals and stones, firearms or parts thereof and ammunition, human remains, pornography and illegal narcotics/drugs).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. 

For all deliveries, a porch or door delivery without signature may be done. This is in line with international standards of shipping. We do not necessarily require a signature for goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to You. If You have specified a third party recipient for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then You accept that evidence of a porch delivery at the address given (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Us of Our obligation.

WHEN DO WE DELIVER

All orders are dispatched within 3 weeks of placing the order.

All domestic orders will take about 5-7 business days for delivery from the date of dispatch. International orders take a minimum of 7 days for delivery from the date of dispatch.

FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping is offered to only customers in India.

For shipping outside India: Orders placed outside India will incur fixed shipping charges and/or variable shipping charges based on the destination country. The shipping charges will also vary based on the product's size/type or the destination country's policies. Please note that shipping charges may vary and are subject to change without prior notice. The final shipping charge amount will be visible on the checkout page or as stated by our customer care.

TAXES & DUTIES

For Indian Customers

Product Prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.

For International Customers

Most countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
