Refund policy

The terms set out herein shall form an integral part of Our Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge that these terms of returns and exchange are limited to direct sale by Us to You and that these terms of returns and exchange are not available in case of a sale by a third party. These terms apply for all modes of purchases made from Us on the website, social media platforms, WhatsApp or any other online mode of communication through Our customer relations executives or at Our stores. All purchases from our stores shall also be subject to the terms and conditions specified on Your purchase receipt / invoice and to the extent that the said terms are inconsistent with the terms mentioned herein, the terms mentioned in Your purchase receipt / invoice shall prevail.


To cancel, return or exchange an item, the Customer must write to us at contact.muskannkapadiaa@gmail.com. Alternatively, the customer may even Whatsapp us at our customer care number +91 9099877588 which remains open 24 hours on all 7 days (Monday to Sunday). We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit from Customer to Us. For products sold in store, Customer may visit the store as well, provided the same is done within timelines set out in the terms.

Cancellation Policy

  • No cancellations will be entertained once the order has been placed by the customer. Any accepted cancellation after the placement of the order will be exclusively at the discretion of Muskann Kapadiaa and team. A cancelled order will result in a credit to the user’s credit card/account.
  • In case of any approved cancellation (as permissible under the applicable terms & conditions), a cancellation charge of 5% of the order value (excluding any amount paid using loyalty points or store credit) will be payable and utilised towards payment gateway charges on account of such cancellation. 

Return/Exchange Policy

Our pieces are all on a made to order basis and specially handcrafted for you.Once an order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns.

Our purchase is eligible for exchange only if it meets the following conditions:

*An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
*If the product you receive has a genuine manufacturing defect.


  • Any request for exchange must be placed by You within 24 hours of delivery by Us . No requests placed beyond this period would be entertained.
  • A product returned to Us as per these terms, can only be exchanged for another product or store credit.
  • Products will be considered for exchange or return only if it is unworn and in perfect condition, and with all tags still attached. Products that are damaged , soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to You.
  • Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
  • Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
  • Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If You would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining store credit, please be aware that We can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, We will offer to repair faulty items.
  • In case of any exchange, the shipping charges for sending the product to Us will be borne by You.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be made only in accordance with the terms herein and in the form of store credit, only. Such refunds would be processed within 5-7 working days of the acceptance for refund request in case the product has not been delivered to You and within 5-7 working days of receipt of product by Us in case the product had already been delivered to You.
  • Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or returned along with the original invoice for store credit, provided they meet our requirements as per Terms and Conditions and Exchange Policy.

Refund is only executed in case of the below conditions:

  • Each piece goes through a quality check, packed and sealed carefully. The product is only eligible for a return in the case of damage in transit. You will be required to share photos of the damaged package and ship it within 2 days.
  • In case the products delivered carry genuine manufacturing/quality defect, you will be required to share a photograph as soon as you unpack the items, and ship it within the next 2 days.
